This is a Walking + Practice event. You will walk in the woods and move, activity that is proven to promote blood flow and brain activity.
Through discussion and wellbeing focused moments of still you will learn about and build your own solutions that promote wellbeing around sleep quality, visualisation and meditation, self awareness and strategies to reduce and manage stress.
Dr Lottie Kemp and John Bray create an environment that challenges the norm, builds relationships, inspires creativity and promotes wellbeing.
JG Graves Woods, Abbey Lane, Sheffield. Meet in visitor centre at 9:45 for a 10am start, the walk finishes at 12:30pm. John and Lottie will stay after for Q and A and a coffee if you’d like to.
